Warranty and Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Hondaparts247. It is our aim to offer you fantastic value and great quality on each product you purchase from us. Goods supplied by Hondaparts247 have different Manufacturers warranties which can vary in duration and extent. We will provide details of any warranty policy relating to individual products on request.

Manufacturer guarantees promoted hondaparts247 are in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.

Consumer Contracts Regulations Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a cooling off period of 14 days from the day after delivery of goods. This is an unconditional right to cancel the contract/order for these items. You must inform us by emailing a completed parts return document to hondaparts@holdcroft.com quoting your order number and stating your intention and reasons for cancelling your order.

You will then be required to return such goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition at your own cost (Unless in the unlikely event that you receive incorrect, faulty or damaged goods) to:

Alternatively, upon your request we can arrange for the collection of the goods, complete with packaging and in an unused and re-saleable condition, from the address specified and shall deduct the cost of this from the cost of your refund. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us. A refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of parts in a satisfactory and resalable condition

This does not apply to items listed as non returnable or special orders in the listings or parts altered to your specification such as keys, locks or SRS related items.
